Recipe from Circle Sea Wild Smoked Sockeye Salmon
1/2 lb Circle Sea Smoked Salmon 8 oz Spaghetti or fettucine 2 Eggs, beaten 1/4 cup butter, melted Freshly grated Parmesan or Romano Cheese 1/2 Cup Parsley 1/8 tsp Pepper
Cut the smoked salmon into large chunks. Cook the spaghetti, drain and pour into large heated serving dish. Immediately pour the beaten eggs over the hot pasta and toss to cover evenly. Add butter, 1 cup cheese, parsley, and pepper. Toss again. Top with smoked salmon and toss lightly.

30|Dec|2003 2Actually the egg cooked as you mixed it with the hot pasta and even more assured when using the heated bowl.
