Current Reading

Everyone seems to be posting what they are reading. I’m currently reading Alcatraz: A Definitive History of the Penitentiary Years. Although the book is interesting, it is somewhat depressing to read about murders, rapists, and other criminals. The book does have interesting facts of The Rock not found anywhere else.

I think its about time to write something interesting (atleast to me). I started going through Cocoa Programming for Mac OS X, since I bought a Mac a couple months ago. Indie Music

What is it with independent music that is so appealing?  Perhaps it is the coolness factor of an artist being the underdog and being able to make a living with what they have. Props to all the artists who strive for success.

Death Cab for Cutie Concert

One Word: Rocked The concert opened with two headling acts: Mates of State and Spoon.  Spoon was really good.  I have heard a few of their songs on Sirius Left; I highly recommend taking a listen.  Death Cab for Cutie began their set on a soft note, but quickly turned into a great session. Spoon: Death Cab: Highly recommended.
