Hi, i think i am now logged on to bloglines. i think i signed up to get updates also. we’ll see. if not, you can help me next week. i didn’t know that you were reading a book about alcatraz. the place was depressing to me, i can understand the book is too. it’s sad to think people were locked up there, but when one takes into account the things those people did to get there, that’s sad and horrible and makes one glad they are locked away. physical anthropology is about evolution these days. different than when dad and i took it years ago. it is fascinating and the bio 20 class goes right along with it. we are exploring evolution and intelligent design. looking at natural selection and how life started and how it could be possible for life to evolve from one cell to humans. i love it, makes my brain sing with blood.you heard that intel was laying off 10,000 people? it might be a good idea to get your teaching credential so that if the computer field gets worse you would have an alternative career. i think you would find phy anthro very interesting and you do love history, too. matt came home this weekend and mike is waiting to come home until classes over next week. he’ll be home next weekend. love mom
